2020 Season Pass Holders,
We realize that some of you have questions or concerns about reentering the public flow due to the risk of exposure to COVID-19. With that in mind here are your options for the 2020 season.
- If you have purchased a 2020 Season Pass and plan on using the pass we will see you soon. We are processing cards inside the front gates at Hurricane Cove this year. To speed the process of having your Photo ID made please complete your waiver prior to arrival at the park. You can do this by clocking the purple disc in the bottom right hand corner of this page. Each season pass holder needs to complete a waiver. Minors should have their waiver completed by their legal parent or guardian. Additionally, please bring your purchase confirmation, that was emailed to you, with you to the gate, either printed or on your mobile device. If you need your purchase confirmation resent please send an email to email@example.com with the name, email address, and phone number of the purchaser and we will resend your confirmation.
- If you have purchased a 2020 Season Pass and would like to roll it forward for a 2021 Season Pass instead, no action on your part is necessary. We will automatically change all unredeemed 2020 Season Passes to a 2021 waterpark season.
- If you purchased your 2020 season pass prior to May 15th, 2020 and would like to apply for a refund please complete the form below.
*Please note that each refund request will be considered upon the information provided and is not a guarantee of a refund.
** It will take 10-14 days for a refund request to be considered and processed if approved. Once processed it can take up to 10-14 days for the money to refunded to your credit card or bank account.
