Ticket Sales, Day of Visit Change and Sunshine Ticket Policy

Sunshine Day Ticket Policy (Rain Check Policy)

In the event of rain, the waterpark attractions may remain open based upon specific conditions. If there is severe weather or lightning in the area, guests will be asked to exit the water until the weather passes. Other events beyond our control may also force a temporary closure of the park. 

If the weather conditions cause all of the park to close for a continuous 90 minutes a Sunshine Ticket will be issued for a return visit during the same operating season. Your receipt of purchase will act as your Sunshine Ticket (provided the park is closed for a continuous 90 minutes on the day of your visit). Please make sure you keep your receipt or get a replacement receipt before leaving the park. If you purchased online your confirmation email is your receipt.

If the park is forced to shut down within 90 minutes prior to closing time Sunshine Tickets will not be issued.

Sunshine tickets are never issued in advance based upon forecasted weather. Please remember all admission and ticket sales are final and refunds are not available. No sunshine ticket credits or refunds for locker rentals, cabanas or other park amenities.

*Group Sunshine Tickets are 1 ticket per person in the group and are issued to the group leader for distribution and can be used any day during the same season.

Weather Guarantee: If you purchase tickets in advance through our website you can save money  and get the Sensible Weather Guarantee to protect your getaway against rain.  Sensible Weather may reimburse you when Mother Nature has other plans for your day based upon the guarantee you purchase. Date Change/ Refund Policy

If you purchased a discounted date specific ticket through our website, please remember that all sales are final and refunds are not available. If you would like to change the date of your visit for any reason you must contact the park at (228) 328-1266. Ticket date change requests come with a $15 per ticket fee. Date change for tickets with the Sensible Weather guarantee will lose the guarantee purchased as the ticket date is changing. 

 

Park Re-Entry

If you wish to leave the waterpark and return the same day, you must have your hand stamped or be issued a wristband prior to exiting the park. 

If you leave without getting a stamp or wristband you must have your dated receipt for readmission. Please call us at (228) 328-1266 or stop by our office inside the park if you have any questions.
