Please remember that all admissions and ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Rain checks are never issued in advance based upon forecasted weather. If the park closes for the day your Receipt or E-Ticket is your rain check that can be used for a future visit during the same season. Additionally, the decision to issue a rain check is not based upon arrival time at the park.
Gulf Islands Waterpark may TEMPORARILY close the water attractions or entertainment for rain, lightning or inclement weather. Other events beyond our control may also force TEMPORARY closure of the park. Management retains the right to delay any decision if there is reason to believe the park may reopen. Rain Checks may be issued for a future admission during the same operating season if the park CLOSES FOR THE DAY. If the park closes after 5:00 pm Rain Checks will not be issued.
If the park closes for the day, you can use your dated Receipt or E-Ticket to enter the gates on another day, based upon the information below. You can bring the same number of people as listed on your original receipt.

Rain checks and refunds are not issued if you have a dated ticket and choose not to visit for any reason. If you purchased a discounted date specific ticket through our website then please remember that all sales are final and refunds are not available. If you would like to change the date of your visit prior to arrival for any reason you must contact the park. Ticket date change requests come with a $15 per ticket fee. Season Pass Holders are not entitled to Rain Checks.
*Group Rain Checks are 1 ticket per person in the group and are issued to the group leader for distribution and can be used any day during the same season.
If you wish to leave the waterpark and return the same day, you must have your hand stamped or be issued a wristband prior to exiting the park. If you leave without getting a stamp or wristband you must have your dated receipt for readmission.
